Sometimes yes, sometimes no, and I'll be honest about it. Many children do wonderfully online, especially with a caregiver nearby. Some are better served in person. The free Meet & Greet exists to figure this out together, before any commitment. If it isn't the right fit, I'll help you find what is.

I'm licensed in Washington, Vermont, Virginia, and Massachusetts. Your child needs to be physically located in one of these states during sessions.

Yes, completely. It's a no-pressure conversation of about 20 minutes over Zoom to talk through your concerns and see whether we're a good fit. No cost, no obligation.

For younger children, yes, and it's a feature, not a chore. I coach you in the moment so the skills carry over between sessions. For older kids, your involvement can be lighter, but caregiver partnership is always part of how I work.

Treatment sessions are 45 minutes. How often depends on your child's plan of care, which we set together after the evaluation.

A 90-minute assessment: standardized testing, clinical observation, and a parent interview, followed by a written report you can keep and share, and a conversation to walk through the findings and recommendations.

We meet over a secure, private video connection. I keep children engaged with play, movement, and the things they already love, and I use what's in your home as part of therapy, which is one of teletherapy's real advantages.

A device with a camera (a laptop or tablet works well), a reliable internet connection, and a reasonably quiet spot. We'll sort out any setup questions together at the Meet & Greet.

The Meet & Greet is free. The initial evaluation is $150 (90 minutes, includes a written report). Treatment sessions are $90 (45 minutes). No packages to buy up front and no long-term contracts.

I don't bill insurance directly, and payment is due at the time of service. On request, I'll provide a superbill you can submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

It's an itemized receipt with the diagnostic and procedure codes your insurance needs. You submit it to your plan; whether and how much they reimburse depends on your out-of-network benefits, so it's worth checking with your insurer.
